Join Ashlea for a relaxing Yin Yoga class with some wine to sip on afterwards to ease into your evening.🍷
We will focus on breath work and body awareness through holding floor postures slightly longer to activate fascia instead of using muscle. Be sure to bring a Yoga mat, maybe a comfy sweater, water and good vibes! 😎
*Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice of Yoga that incorporates principles of Chinese medicine and meridian work with postures held for longer periods of time.
