The Rock Hill Community Fridge at The Mercantile

The Mercantile now proudly hosts Rock Hill’s first Community Fridge. The Rock Hill Community Fridge is a fridge full of free food for our community. With the goal of eradicating food waste and insecurity, the fridge aims at using food that would be otherwise thrown away. To learn more about the Rock Hill Community Fridge project, visit the Facebook or Instagram page.

“I have the audacity to believe that peoples everywhere can have three meals a day for their bodies, education and culture for their minds, and dignity, equality, and freedom for their spirits.”

Martin Luther King Jr.
