Turkish Cuisine Workshop

Workshop attendees will learn to make several typical Turkish meze dishes to enliven their summer dinners.

Why should you attend the class
If Turkish cuisine always seems intriguing to you, you can start creating it at home, by learning the cooking techniques, approach, and typical ingredients used in Turkish kitchens. This is the first in the series, where we get familiar with small dishes.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Help us to be sustainable… If you want to decrease our disposable container use, please bring 3 or 4 covered containers, each would be approximately 1 to 2 cups in volume.
Teacher
Ilke Erdogan McAliley, who owns Mint&Lemon Travel and focuses on agrotourism, will be teaching the class!
About this experience
You and your friends will enjoy a fun evening of crafting and socializing. Our Workshops are lead by local artisans with a passion for sharing their craft and creating an enjoyable group dynamic. All participants will receive one hour of private shopping outside of our normal business hours to browse all the incredible products in our retail space. Each workshop is about 1 and a half hours long. Prices vary per class. Participants over the age of 21 will be offered one glass of wine and a snack.
Things to keep in mind
Great news! Beer and wine are available for purchase. Customers are welcome to BYOB, however, a corking fee of $8 will be charged. We can’t wait to meet you and your group!
Classes start promptly at their scheduled time. Please be sure to arrive about 10 minutes before your class time. In order to create a fantastic experience for all scheduled guests, late attendees will have to pick up where the group is. Please call the store if you are running behind.
If you don’t appear for your reservation or cancel within 48 hours of the reservation time it is nonrefundable.
