About the Artist

l often say I picked up a camera 29 years ago and have yet to put it down! Growing up in Paris, the daughter of a journalist, I was fortunate to have traveled a good deal and that ever-present wanderlust continues to inspire my work and my life. Every new place I explore, every new culture l experience, and all the interesting people I meet around the world have a profound impact on my life and my art. People frequently ask, “what do you like to photograph?” and my answer is always “everything”. Just drop me somewhere with my camera and I will make art.

My work takes many forms and each one has a special and unique place in my world. I enjoy the skill and precision it takes to execute a straight wildlife photograph, as much as l love the relaxed creativity needed to produce a bold colorful abstract piece. My work crosses every boundary from traditional black & white images framed under glass to edgy, large-scale pieces printed on metal, glass, and canvas. The possibilities are endless and each time I look through my view finder I am inspired and motivated.
