Yoga classes on June 23rd are FREE in honor of PRIDE.

Beginners are welcome!  Sara Cox from Journey Within Yoga will be your yoga guide.  Sara specializes in providing classes that encourage all experience levels and abilities so no one is left behind.

All you need to bring is your friends! We have yoga mats and props at the studio for you.
