Turkish Cuisine Workshop
April 24 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
What you will learn and/or make in the class
Workshop attendees will learn to make several typical Turkish meze dishes to enliven their summer dinners.
Why should you attend the class
If Turkish cuisine always seems intriguing to you, you can start creating it at home, by learning the cooking techniques, approach, and typical ingredients used in Turkish kitchens. This is the first in the series, where we get familiar with small dishes.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Help us to be sustainable… If you want to decrease our disposable container use, please bring 3 or 4 covered containers, each would be approximately 1 to 2 cups in volume.
Ilke Erdogan McAliley, who owns Mint&Lemon Travel and focuses on agrotourism, will be teaching the class!
